A round, low-bellied pot that pulls in to a short collar and finishes on a bare cream rim.
The mulberry went on first, deep and even. The white was poured over the top and allowed to do what it liked, it broke into speckle across the belly, gathered into a heavy curtain, and ran down in three or four long drips that stopped wherever the firing stopped them. Inside it is the same deep mulberry all the way down, glassy and dark.
The POTTERY stamp is pressed into the side rather than hidden underneath, low down where the white runs out.
